After having some not-so-great experiences at other dealerships, we were actually dreading the process of looking for a second car. This team completely changed our perspective on what buying a car can feel like 😭 At no point did we feel pressured or pushed into anything. They respected our budget, listened to what we were looking for, and even the finance team never tried to upsell us, which we appreciated so much!! Nuski was incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely worked hard to get our monthly payment to a place we felt comfortable with. You could tell he truly cared about finding a solution that worked for us, not just making a sale. We can’t recommend Nuski and this Kia dealership enough. Just had a great experience getting my new Hybrid Telluride at Tasca White Plains. My sales agent, Walid, was super helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I had a home vehicle delivery the next day, and Walid was super communicative on timing. Definitely recommend checking out Tasca White Plains. Everyone was very friendly, and did not feel any pressure.

I leased a car from Tascia Kia a couple years ago, and had a mixed experience--the finance guy added an interest point at the very last minute, and then I never heard from the sales guy again. Once the deal was done, I was out of sight, out of mind. Still, with this lease expiring, I went back to see about another Telluride, and was reminded why I don't love this place. There was no particular recognition that I was a repeat customer, and the offer that they gave me was really high. When I asked about pricing for a lower trim, they said, "Oh, we don't have one on the lot"—and nothing else. No, "we can find one for you," which I've had dealers say all the time. Tasca Kia just didn't seem to care whether they made a sale or not. I found a considerably better deal elsewhere, and took it.
