Domonique Cardwell (Business Development Manager) immediately caught my attention & secured a deal instantly with her no nonsense, zero pressure, competitive pricing - financing, and total professionalism. Domonique had me work with Victor Scott (product specialist) who took the time to make sure everything went perfectly smooth (including my trade-in) right up until I drove away with my new car. Can’t say enough positive things about both of them. I will certainly be looking for them when I make my next purchase. Mr. Denis handled my paperwork - financing - extended warranties - etc. etc. Mr. Denis made this process seamless & timely while explaining every detail and answering all my questions. James Blloshmi (General Sales Manager) often stopped by throughout the whole process to make sure I was completely satisfied, and offered services along with crucial advice for all my concerns. Judy at Kia White Plains is truly wonderful! She is always welcoming, friendly, and has a great sense of humor and a lovely smile. She has assisted my family several times, going above and beyond to coordinate with the sales staff and help wherever needed.
