I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kia White Plains. Imad Taha, Dennis in Finance, and Sales Manager Jake Green all went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Imad Taha was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I was in a difficult position because I really didn’t want to let go of my 2023 Kia Sorento. I was emotionally attached to that car, and Imad completely understood that. He handled my trade-in with so much care and patience and really listened to what I wanted. He ultimately helped put me into my beautiful 2027 Kia Seltos, and I couldn’t be happier. Imad also went above and beyond in ways you don’t normally see from a salesperson. At one point I was getting frustrated and he literally ran across the street to get me food! 😂 That small gesture meant so much because it showed how genuinely thoughtful he was. And he didn’t just disappear after the sale. I purchased my car on Friday, and Imad called me on Monday to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the car. That follow-up really stood out to me. I also want to recognize Jake Green, the Sales Manager. He did everything he could to make the deal happen and worked with us to get everything where it needed to be. I truly appreciate the effort he put into making the numbers work. And Dennis in Finance was fantastic. He was patient, professional, and did everything he could on his end to help get everything finalized smoothly. Between Imad, Jake, and Dennis, I felt like I had a team of people actually working with me rather than just trying to make a sale. That makes a HUGE difference when you’re making a major purchase.
