Came in because I realized I was overdue for a State Inspection. I kinda showed up out of nowhere so I wasn't really expecting them to have an opening for me. Ashley is the maaaan! He made it happen! I told him that I was kinda riding dirty, and got a spot in less than a minute. The ambiance at Tasca Kia White Plains is real mellow and relaxing, not like other dealerships. Coming back for sure.

This dealership has by far been the place anyone could ever take there vehicle. The service is top notch, I feel extremely well taken care of by the service team. They remember conversations I have with them as well as always asking me how I am, I feel like I’m part of the family. I would recommend this service department to anyone who wants the best for their car. I was given a complimentary car wash and a multipoint inspection it’s great that I get ahead on the things I didn’t know I needed.
We had an excellent experience purchasing our Kia Nero hybrid. The salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and helped us through several different buying/leasing scenarios until we were sure we had made exactly the right decision. The entire process of test driving through contract signing was pleasant and professional and we never felt pressured. Could not have been happier with Oscar and Jake and the finance specialist (sorry we don’t remember his name!).

I would of given it 5 stars but we were there from 10 to 1 just for my emissions test. It took longer than expected however they fed us and everyone was so friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. She was Awesome so pleasant. I definitely would recommend that just need a bigger facility. Wait time gets 3 Stars, but the service and customer service gets 5stars.
