Yes. I was the one to put windshield wiper fluid in the coolant reservoir. Everyone in the Service Department at Tasca was phenomenal - both Rasool and Richard handled my anxiety about the incident, helped me figure out what my next steps were, and spoke with respect. They even arranged an uber to go to work, and to come back as soon as my car was ready. Couldn't have asked for a better experience (well, without the windshield wiper incident, it would have been better ....). Tasca Kia White Plains is highly recommended.

Efficient, friendly, and everything done in a timely manner

My car had serious engine trouble. It was 3 days before the holidays. This required diagnosing and coordinating with an extended warranty company. The service representative, Mr. FARRELL and Service Manager Mr. Albano handled every aspect of diagnosing and making sure my car was covered by the warranty. My car required a new engine. The repair was done and the car performs very well. I am very grateful to the Tasca Kia men.
