Rubi was tenacious in figuring out the puzzle that my EV posed. It suddenly wouldn’t charge even though it’s barely over 2 years old. Rubi figured out what the problem was, kept the costs of repair as low as possible, and kept a positive attitude in communicating throughout!
Staff was very friendly and quick to attend to the needs of the customers. The reason it is a four and not a five because the attendant that I was with almost had me pay fir service that was under my maintenance plan. Other than that, it was great experience.

I had some kia recall software updates that needed to be done for free...they handled happily not from other ones.
Overall, we've had a great experience with Kia. Sadly, our salesman is no longer there who offered us other incentives that we're not getting. Have an EV car so there's less maintenance and service. Service team was great and updated all of the recalls.

My wife and I had a great experience with Tasca KIA. We worked with Cayla and she was very knowledgeable in the car business. Tasca KIA and Cayla were willing to spend time addressing all our questions and never once felt rushed. She also spent almost one hour my wife explaining every feature and function so my wife could set up our new car to her liking. We would definitely recommend Tasca KIA to others.
Dealership experience is very good via purchase or lease of Kia vehicles. I bought my 2021 Telluride at Tasca and now I service my car there. Rasool is one of the service managers there and he takes care of his customers!
We had a terrific experience with our representative Omar; we highly recommend you ask for him. We did have a few glitches with the administrative side of the dealership. Make sure you have all your paperwork in order both before you arrive and before you leave.

I’ve been to Tasca Kia for service and parts a handful of times. Every time I have gone I’ve had the pleasure of working wish Ashley (Ashlee) who provides top notch service. They’re extremely professional and explain any issues clearly. The team seems to work well together: I would recommend bringing back the Ubers service or looking into a shuttle service for people who have to wait longer and live within a certain mike radius. Besides that I’m ALWAYS treated well and Ashley is the man. Thank you.
I loved how my service, even without an appointment, was quick. They were able to replace a blown headlight bulb in about an hour. The loud background music is annoying, though.
They were very nice, but slow Should ha e kept me abreast of why thr delays.
They attend to all the details and make you feel appreciated.
Purchased my Sportage at Tasca and have never been more satisfied with an automotive decision in my life. Customer service and support hasn’t ever fallen short of expectations. Highly recommended!
