Awesome KIA Dealership! Make sure to check this place out! in KIA TASCA everything's fast...as long as you have (Michael Sotto) to help you out but im sure everybody there does there job very well. Everything's fast and smooth... from the agent to the finance (Flo's the name i think) including all the trade ins, questions answered well, etc etc.

Great people from the time I walked in to the time I drove my car home. Buying a car is my second least favorite thing to do (after buying furniture) but these folk made it a great experience. They will sell you a car, extremely nice people. When issues start, they cannot solve them. Impossible to reach by phone, I had to drive to the dealership twice to get what I needed. A refund took 4.5 months to process, while the same process took 1 month for Mazda. Again, they are nice, just ineffective.
This is my third Kia and Tasca Kia is by far the most honorable and easy to deal with. Their Service Department is outstanding. …thorough,tiimely and trustworthy. I have only had positive experiences dealing with Tasca. I cannot praise them enough

Nixson and James at Kia Tasca in White Plains turned a negative into a positive. After having an issue with a 2026 KIA EV9 wind a few weeks ago, both took the time to explain the confusion with a mistake made by a service person's statement. The person told me I needed a 'tire and wheel rotation" needed on a 5 month old SUV with 3950 miles. And I would have to pay about $ 400. That was 100% wrong! 4.5 stars - solid salespeople and James the manager was honest and forthcoming. The price he wrote down was exactly the price I paid days later. I value that. The finance guy was also quick and didn't pull any of the usual dealership garbage. I appreciate that as well. I'm going to take away half a star because the dealership location has literally 10 spots to park and it is TIGHT. I would recommend and will definitely come back again if need another car.
