This dealership has a competent staff, very comfortable customer waiting area that is adjacent to the service desk and bay and is located just off of I-287 (Hartsdale exit). The only drawback is that the location is cramped.

I got a flat tire on 287 and the tow truck brought me to this Kia. They were able to squeeze me in and get a new tire on in less than 2 hours. All associates were super friendly. Highly recommend!

A lot of persons in the service deptmt. , but longer than expected time to be adressed once in front of service desk.
Worked with Lisa and she was great. Keeping me updated regarding the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. Lisa even went above and beyond any of my expectations by calling SiriusXM (I had a new radio installed) and inputting the SiriusXM ID number getting the radio working. She did this even though the service department was closed, she made sure my issue was resolved before she went home. Thanks KIA for hiring a professional customer service representative.
Excellent salesman Tanfi, and sales manager James Biloshmi. No xx, no tricks. Test drove the car twice, (2025 Sportage Hybrid) and the buying process was actually fun. (imagine, fun at a car dealership!). We got an excellent price with no haggling, and Tanfi spent a long time showing the cars features and never rushed us.

Everything was fine except I couldn’t get my tires filled because the compressor was broken.
I have always had great service, I can get the appointment day/time when I need them, work is done on a timely manner, and Uber to my work is a great added service.

I was never going to come back to Northeast Kia after they messed up my gas tank replacement and refused to make good on it. I came in for two recalls for which I had to come to a dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised that the service experience is improved.

I was met by Rasool, the service advisor, within a minute and he took the car in immediately (I had an appointment). Having used their service department for the 6,000 mile check-ups, and as a long time driver and owning a 8 cars over the years-- this could be the best dealership and service center I have ever used. With one minor recall that was corrected and need a visit--they should advise all they are an award winning service center.

Declined air filter service. When car was returned, glove box was not reassembled to reinstall the air filter. Had to come back inside to ask service manager to help. Requested 2 new tires, but only got a quote. No time to replace tires. Will return.
Great people at service desk. Work done in time. Fair price for oil change and inspection. Assume techs are good but they didn't do anything complex so don't really know. One bad prior experience when was quoted a very high price for a replacement tire. Could use more parking.

I have had two really disappointing experiences with other Kia dealerships in Queens and south of White Plains. I was beyond impressed with the courtesy I was shown at Tasca Kia. I recently did a lease buy out, which wasn’t my initial plans however it ended up what made the most sense for me. I was literally back and forth and back and forth with what decision I was going to make.
