I recently visited the brand new Tasca Kia in White Plains. Kia has done a great job renovated their place. Clean. Friendly staff. I want to extend my thanks to Miguel Duque who was my service rep on June 19, 2026. I came in for oil change and rear wipers. Miguel was thorough in explaining the serviced my Kia is in need of without being pushy at any time. He kept my up to date on the service of my vehicle while I waited. I had a real pleasant experience. Been doing business with Kia since 2014.

In my first visit for service everyone was highly professional and extremely polite.The person on charge of my service kept in contact and finished work at by the time I requested. I had purchased my Kia Telluride in Yonkers where I found service to be awful and rude.
Manny made getting a car quick and easy. We met him on Sunday and had our new car on Wednesday. He also took the pain of turning in our end of the lease car off our hands. This was the easiest new car lease transaction that we have ever had and we’ve been leasing cars for 30+ years!

Horrible experience. Drove 45 minutes to test drive a car they promised they would have ready for me. I never got a straight answer as to why they had not been truthful. They should reimburse me for gas.

I had to bring my car in for a recall. I was going to wait around until I found out it needed 4-5 hours to repair. Because a loaner car was not available, and they had staff free to work, they threw three guys on my car. I was out the door in two hours. Worked out great.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. This is our second time buying a Kia Telluride. Imad was one of the most thorough and thoughtful salesperson I have encountered. He did not engage in any bait and switch tactics. He also advocated to his manager, Jake who was also very transparent and reasonable. We had a great experience compared to our first time buying a Kia at a different dealership in westchester. We recommend coming to this location and asking for Imad.
I brought my car for a total of 4 recalls that needed attention. Everything went smoothly. Got a text with status updates and maintenance that needed to be done. Before they worked on my car, I had to give the approval. They were very attentive. Service members were very friendly and went over and beyond! Will definitely be back when my lease is up!

The service department is outstanding. I have a 2012 Kia Optima SX Turbo, and they keep it in fabulous condition. I had my last visit June 2, 2026, and my service advisor Miguel Duque and the mechanic poured over it, and brought it up to top running condition, spotting and repairing an oil leak before it could do any damage. The car looks and drives like new!
